One of the most anticipated programs for students enrolled in OJT courses at FPT Japan Academy (FJP) is “My Internship at FJP,” offering many valuable experiences.

Over a period of one month, 12 students from the Summer OJT 2024 batch will be divided into two groups: Lowcode and Data Analytics, to intern at FPT Japan Holdings (FJP). They will be guided by young, enthusiastic, and highly skilled mentors. Notably, the Data Analytics group will have the opportunity to intern at the brand new, stunning Mita Office, which recently opened.

To be selected for this internship program, in addition to academic performance and attendance evaluations, students must pass an interview with the FJP Human Resources Department – a challenging task with some mind-bending questions.

The Data Analytics group, starting their internship on the opening day of the new Mita Office, had the opportunity to meet FJP CEO Đỗ Văn Khắc and FJP COO Phạm Thị Thanh Hoa. They were amazed by the dazzling new office, with many work and recreation areas, showing the company’s commitment to the well-being and mental health of its employees.

Morning work and afternoon study – this will be a very demanding journey, but everyone is excited and determined. They all understand that this internship program is an opportunity to enhance their professional skills, improve their Japanese language proficiency, and directly experience an international working environment.
